Terms of exchange and return

The product must not be used and returned in its original packaging and condition, keeping the price tag, if any, and the invoice attached

The customer must verify the sizes and product details before completing the purchase or ordering through the website. Exactly, the replacement period is 48 hours from the date of receiving the request.

The customer has the right to return in the following cases:

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The product is damaged due to shipping.
  • Receipt of a product different from the product ordered by mistake from the store.
  • The product will be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt, after confirming and proving the reasons for the return.

Replacement and return steps

  • Communicate with customer service by calling or WhatsApp 0506227788 and providing reasons for replacement or return.
  • Waiting for management approval of the replacement or retrieval process. A response will be made within 48 hours; the duration may vary on the days of the offers.

The following products are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Products sold with discounts and promotions.
  • Products replaced From Before.
  • In all delivery cases, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping company’s fees to return the replaced products.
